Urban Censorship
Transparency is a socio-political term which is about freedom of circulation of information in a society. These walls are installed in Tehran’s highways to prevent noise from annoying residents. The semi-transparent material which distort visual communication between two spaces, seem to me as a metaphor of the lack of transparency in the society.
I tried to observe the conjunction of public and private spaces through and beyond the walls.
